What is a wiring harness?
A wiring harness is a set of cables, wires, terminals and connectors bound together into one assembly, so a product can be wired up quickly and reliably. Wiring looms are the same product, so use whichever term you know. We build them to customer drawings for defence, communications, automotive, security, oil and business equipment.

We build complete wiring harnesses to customer drawings and specifications. Send yours through and our team will review it with you before production starts, so questions are resolved early rather than on the shop floor. We can also help with kitting and procurement of your parts, and suggest connectors, crimps, insulation and conductors where they affect the build.

Can you build from my drawing?
Yes. Send your drawing or specification and our team will review it with you and your engineers before production starts.
Do you do prototypes and low volumes?
Yes. There is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) on low-volume and prototype runs.
Can you use my connector part numbers?
Yes. We work with connector families from manufacturers including Glenair, Amphenol, JST, Molex and Hellermann Tyton. Include your connector part numbers when you send the drawing.
