Cable assemblies, made to your drawing.
Every assembly starts from your drawing or specification. We cut, strip, terminate and test each one to the standard you need, from a single prototype to repeat production runs.
Potting and advanced wiring prep
Potting for demanding environments, and advanced wire preparation for complex builds to your drawing.
Specialist soldering to IPC Class 3
Specialist soldering to IPC Class 3, with idents applied exactly as shown on the engineers' diagrams.
RF, signal, data and specialist cables
Experienced in many different environments and use cases, from harsh to industrial.
MIL and Circular connectors
Experience with a wide range of custom and COTS high-value MIL-spec connectors, with strain reliefs and grounding built to your specification.
What is a cable assembly?
A cable assembly is a length of cable terminated with connectors or terminals at one or both ends, built to a drawing so it fits your product exactly. Where the termination needs sealing, we can pot it for demanding environments.
How it works
- 1
Send your drawing
Share your drawing or specification with us.
- 2
We review it with you
Our team reviews it with you and your engineers before production starts.
- 3
We build and terminate
Wire is cut and stripped, terminated and finished to your specification.
- 4
We test and dispatch
Every assembly is tested before it leaves the workshop.

Built to your specification
We build custom cable assemblies to customer drawings and specifications. Send yours through and our team will review it with you before production starts, so questions are settled early. We can suggest connectors, crimps, insulation materials and conductors where they affect the build, and help with kitting and procurement of parts.

Questions about cable assemblies
Can you build from my drawing?
Yes. Send your drawing or specification and our team will review it with you and your engineers before production starts.
Do you do prototypes and low volumes?
Yes. There is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) on low-volume and prototype runs.
Can you use my connector part numbers?
